Prior to joining ISB Canada, Stephen honed his leadership skills as security advisor for a major building developer, coordinating security and public access at high-rise buildings in Toronto. He also managed an airport hotel staff of 30, liaising with federal authorities on many security-related investigations. In this role, he had full airport security clearance with the RCMP.

A versatile and highly-skilled project director, Stephen oversaw construction and design of ISB’s company headquarters in Milton, Ontario, equipping it with state-of-the-art security. He is a member of ASIS, the American Society of Industrial Security, IAAI, the International Association of Arson Investigators, HRPAO, the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario (as well as its Manitoba counterpart HRMAM), and APRC, the Association of Professional Recruiters of Canada.

With a strong background in hospitality and corporate event management, Ashley brings exceptional client service skills to her role as ISB Customer Relationship Manager. Prior to ISB, she was hospitality manager, coordinating corporate events and meetings for the Glencairn Golf Club. She also honed her relationship management skills as food and beverage supervisor at Delta Hotel and Conference Centre in Guelph. With her superlative contract negotiation and event execution skills, Ashley is a real asset to the ISB customer relationship management team. She is a hospitality graduate of Fanshawe College in London, Ontario.

Brad brings over 15 years of sales and customer service to ISB Canada. Prior to joining ISB as a Customer Relationship Manager, Mr. McNeill assisted in building Frontline Automotive Services into a major competitor within the automotive industry where he was responsible for maintaining customers and driving sales as the general manager. Brad is a marketing graduate of Mohawk College.

Klodian brings more than ten years of experience in office administration and customer service. He joined ISB in 2008 as Customer Service Representative and was later promoted to Office Manager.  Prior to ISB, Klodian gained valuable experience working as Field Office Manager for a few projects funded by the U.S. Government as part of its development assistance programs for Albania. Klodian has a BA degree in Teaching from the University of Tirana, Albania.

With Cheryl's exceptional customer service skills, she brings positivity and a great work ethic to her role as Team Lead Insurance. She has been with ISB since 2006 and has proven to be a valuable asset to the company with her knowledge and skills.  In addition to leading ISB's Insurance team, Cheryl's main position is to manage and oversee the police reports division. Prior to ISB, she worked as an office clerk at Fresh Start Foods, Customer Service Representative with Tim Hortons and completed a secretarial assistant internship at Jubilee Elementary School.  Cheryl holds a diploma in Office of Information Technology from Marconi College in Sydney, Nova Scotia.

Adina's finely tuned attention to detail and organizational skills make her an excellent fit as Lead Information Specialist. Prior to joining ISB, Adina worked for Trebas Institute as a Financial Aid Assistant. She holds a diploma in Office Administration - Executive from Seneca College and is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Professional Arts degree (Governance, Law and Management Major) from Athabasca University.

Johanna started with ISB Canada in 2010 as an Information Specialist. She was quickly promoted to EBS Team Lead/Compliance Officer and now oversees the Employment Background Screening division of the company. Johanna has recently obtained her Business Administration Diploma at BizTech College. With her education and 18+ years of retail and restaurant management experience,  she brings with her exceptional customer service skills, great leadership, acumen, and an understanding of what the customers need and want.

Lisa brings a passion for efficiency and a keen ability to improve systems to her role as Process Improvement Lead at ISB. Prior to joining ISB, Lisa worked with Statistics Canada collecting and maintaining records for the census and also with the federal and provincial governments clerking at the polls during elections. For several years before that, she lived in China where she founded and directed a preschool, and designed, created, and maintained a website to centralize the distribution of information to expatriates. Lisa has a BA in Psychology and Statistics from the University of Manitoba and also holds a certificate in Principles of Marketing Research from the University of Georgia.

In addition to a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) certification, Harpreet brings to ISB over 10 years of work experience in the IT field. Prior to ISB he worked as a Web Developer with the World's Largest Resettlement & Immigration Company WWICS where he was responsible for single handedly transforming the entire corporate website from their existing classic ASP platform to the industry standard of .NET framework.
