With respect to the services, I have never had any trouble whatsoever; if I was unsure of what type of document I wanted, the client service team provided the guidance; returned my calls promptly and produced the documents in a timely fashion. If the team had any difficulty with providing the info I requested, I was provided with a status until I got the document. Also the accounts receivable team have always been patient and professional with me. I have no complaints Wish I could continue directly with the ISB team, but I must adhere to company policies.

I do admire your services - your people are very nice to deal with - always so nice which means a lot and your service is great in my books - no complaints.
Our ordering is now done through one particular person here - actually, it's Barb , so you won't see many requests from me and the demand right now for requests isn't there on the files - we have slowed a bit -(but who knows how long that will last - we just get a breather and then the onslaught - like everywhere I suppose ..... Also, our file numbers indicate the adjuster's initials, so you can see how many adjusters request from ISB ...
Overall - I think you guys are great and have no complaints and we do try to request payment for your asap - we have a new system in place to request and get payment quicker than in the past for you ......
Just to add, our adjusters use ISB and CGI here - it's divided
That's honestly it. I hope this helps and again, I like you guys !!!! :)

I have been dealing with Janet on a few ISB searches and the last one was quite involved and Janet took it in her stride and accomplished in retrieving the information that was necessary for my information. I couldn't ask for better help and assistance that she gave to me and it was always with kindness and understanding of answering my repeated questions.

For example,
