Who can use the services provided by ISB?

ISB’s Information and document retrieval services are available to those in the insurance claims industry, to human resource professionals and to those in the general corporate field.

ISB does not provide services to the general public.

How do I order from ISB or ISB Corporate Services?

Insurance professionals simply click on the “ISB Document Order Centre” icon or click on the flashing “Order Here” key. You will be directed to the ISB Document Order Center where you are required to log in to the secure order site using your assigned username and password.

If you are a first time user then simply click “Register” in the “ISB Document Order Center” & complete the required information. Once submitted, a verification process occurs and you will receive an electronic welcome package with your user name and password.

For those using ISB Corporate Services simply click the “Pre- Employment Screening” icon and follow the instructions set out under the “Register” tab.

Privacy

ISB does not sell to the general public but works exclusively with insurance, human resource and corporate professionals. ISB is a licensed reseller for many of our service awhile others are publicly available documents. At ISB we do not sell, trade or archive in a retrievable database any information forwarded to us other then to direct client information for accounting and marketing purposes. In over 12 years of servicing our clients, not once has a document supplied by us ever been questioned by a court of law.

How will I be charged?

ISB charges on a per search or per search package basis unless a bulk billing arrangement is in place. The invoice for services provided will be forwarded at the time the search results are sent.

Are there Registration Fees?

Registration is at no charge with ISB. You are required to complete a registration form and go through a verification process before your first order is filled.

What are the sources of the documents and information?

ISB has a number of exclusive distribution arrangements which allow ISB to access databases not available to other providers. In addition ISB searches a number of public and private databases to return the source documents and information required. All information is obtained with strict adherence to privacy guidelines.
