Customer Relationship Manager - Alberta
ISB Canada is Canada's leader in providing information to the insurance industry. ISB is looking to hire a Customer Relationship Manager. The primary function of the Customer Relationship Manager is to increase sales and business development. This position requires meeting clients/prospects and training customers on ISB products and services. We require an outgoing energetic people-person who enjoys meeting new people and can work independently. Excellent command of the English language is a must. Great position for someone with 1-2 years of experience who is looking to expand career and grow within industry. We seek a hard working, independent, self motivated person. Occasional travel to company headquarters in Toronto.
Reporting to the VP Sales and Marketing some duties include:
- Ensure all customers are well informed of ISB Canada's products and services
- Service Alberta region by visiting and meeting all clients
- On-site adjuster training sessions
- Follow-up calls to clients
- Attend industry events and trade shows (some travel outside province required)
- Maintain and update the Act database
- Working outside home office 50-60 percent of the time
Requirements of the position:
- Vehicle
- Able to comfortably speak to groups of people
- Experience dealing with insurance companies
- Home office
Compensation: Compensation includes salary (for 40 hours/week), bonus, monthly car allowance, mileage reimbursement and group health care benefits.

Education: Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training.
Experience: 1 year preferred
Languages: Speak, read and write fluently in English.
Job duties: Apply strong technology industry knowledge and programming / database expertise to influencing technical design decisions and executing development assignments with uncompromising quality.
Write, modify, integrate and test software code. Identify and communicate technical problems, processes and solutions. Write, modify, integrate and test software code for e-commerce and other internet applications.
Employ a methodical, technically-informed approach to problem diagnostic and troubleshooting efforts aimed at quickly and efficiently identifying and resolving root-causes.
Meticulously and professionally document the results of all work efforts to ensure the transfer and retention of institutional knowledge.
This is a fast-paced environment. Therefore, often work must be completed under tight deadlines. Work involves significant use of memory, critical thinking, problem solving and great attention to detail.

ISB Canada is Canada's leader in source document retrieval for the insurance industry. ISB is looking to hire a bilingual Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate possesses an exceptional skill set for client service and must satisfy the following requirements:
Education: Completion of high school, Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training.
Typing: approx. 40 words per minute
Languages: Speak, read and write fluently in French and English.
Job duties: Maintain correspondence with Quebec customers and vendors. Retrieve source documents and provide customer service. Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents. Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries. Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases. Process the mail (manually or electronically) and reply to customer inquiries (by phone or e-mail).
This is a fast-paced environment. Therefore, often work must be completed under tight deadlines. Work involves repetitive tasks, significant use of memory, critical thinking, computer use, problem solving and continuous learning.
